To meet mutually agreed-upon goals and objectives, our work is based on a complete situation analysis, a formal proposal (including program formulation and implementation), written agreements, periodic documentation (mutually specified) of all activities conducted on behalf of the client, a written report giving the details of the analysis and data, and a presentation of the results and their implications for action.

While we believe in establishing long-term relationships, we also believe in assisting clients to the extent that they might implement and manage future change on their own. No assignment will be undertaken unless it has the potential for measurable return to the client.
